Having spent a lot of the Christmas break thinking about what exciting new posts I would like to introduce to Military Wedding Discounts, I was suddenly transported back to my own wedding day and the nightmare I had with my make up (or lack of it I should say!). Thankfully I had Tasha at hand with her emergency kit to make me look beautiful (a blooming tough job!) but it got me thinking that others might not have been so lucky!
I am a complete novice when it comes to make-up! In fact, I will let you into a little secret and tell you that I very rarely actually wear make-up (only on special occasions) so although I think it would be great to have regular Beauty posts on the site, I don’t feel that I am in any position to be writing them and needed to find someone who could which leads me to the exciting news for today!
To ensure you are given as much help and guidance as possible when it comes to choosing/applying make-up, your pre-wedding skin care routine and all the other little bits we have to do to make sure we are looking our best on the day, I have only gone and bagged you guys a real treat!!

How blooming exciting eh!! I had the pleasure of meeting Joyce a couple of weeks ago and I can confirm that this lady is as lovely in real life (if not more!) as she is on Twitter (@BridesandBeauty) and I am really looking forward to working with her over the next few months.
So what with the website revamp, Military Musings, MWD Newsletter and Joyce joining us, February really is looking to be a fab month!
