Dreamy Dresses – Nicola Anne, Cristina

Nicola Harvey–Rowley has been passionate about designing from an early age.
Her inspiration and flair was developed from admiring period costume in TV dramas and the theatre.

During her apprenticeship at a children’s clothing company, Nicola had the chance to establish her own business with support from the Prince’s Trust. Numerous awards and more than two decades later, the company has grown considerably and is now supplying handmade couture gowns at selected stockist’s all over the UK and Europe.

This is the first time I have come across Nicola Anne wedding dresses and they are just gorgeous! It took me a little while to choose my favourite deisgn for this weeks ‘Dreamy Dresses’ but the scorching hot weather influenced my decision here I think!

Tea length gown

Lace overlay on the dress

Lace sleeves – not too sure if the bolero comes with the dress but I think it really sets it off nicely

Perfect for a summer/overseas wedding

Dreamy Dresses – Primrose, Johanna Hehir

Strapless soft sweetheart dress with French chantilly lace bodice and A-line tulle skirt

Lace Shrug – this is optional but sets the dress of so beautifully

Sweetheart neckline

Lace bodice

A-Line Skirt

Design on right hand side of skirt – SO pretty!

O M blooming G,  this dress is just stunning! It’s so romantic and elegant – just beautiful.

The price tag on this dress is towards the ‘higher’ end of the budget but worth every penny I’m sure. The french lace makes it such a timeless gown that I’m sure this could become a much desired heirloom! I certainly wish my Mum had thought about that when she was getting married  – don’t think I could have rocked those bell sleeves in the noughties!

Please see here for UK & USA stockists.
